How it all started

From Gandini Carni 1971, we think that good food should be something accessible to everyone. We started working in Uboldo in 1971.

Since then, we've seen many changes in people's approach to food, and we couldn't be more excited.

1971

Gandini Carni was born in 1971 in Uboldo, a small town in the province of Varese, the founder Gandini Luigi starts from a simple concept, eat well and eat healthy, personally selecting the cattle for slaughter.

1982

With the help of his son Marco, he inaugurates the delicatessen and gastronomy department, and also in this case  they are personally committed to producing all the gastronomy on their own.

1985

The shop is expanded and all the products that revolve around the food world are added, including preserves, wines and packaged products.

2012  

Arriving in the third generation with his nephew Alessandro, he opens the second store in Saronno, in the exclusive pedestrian area of Via San Cristoforo, immediately welcomed by the community for its cordiality and for the choice of selected raw materials, it is a great success.

2020

  The opportunity to expand in the historic center of Saronno allows us to enlarge our collection, adding a second room attached to the butcher's where our first choices and a renewed wine shop are located

Today as yesterday the philosophy has not changed, Eat Well, Eat Healthy!
